IM Land is preparing a planning application for up to 100 homes on land east of Cromwell Lane, Burton Green, with 50% of the new homes delivered as affordable housing.

The proposals have been designed with the wider community in mind. Over half of the site will be provided as accessible green spaces, featuring children’s play areas, community gardens, wildflower planting, and a network of walking and cycling routes connecting to existing public rights of way.

Ahead of finalising and submitting the planning application to Warwick District Council, the project team is inviting local people to share their views and help shape the proposals.
